Thinking UPS

Thinking UPS is a Macintosh application for monitoring an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) from Fenton, such as a PowerPal. The software is currently in testing.

When monitoring, it can respond to UPS reports of power loss and low battery. Action features currently in place are:

Alert
Shutdown
Open Items (such as AppleScripts)

Each of these actions can be postponed or ignored for some time. This enables you to avoid a shutdown when the power is lost for only a few seconds.
